April 07, 2023 at 12:30 PM improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of the following described property, to wit: All that certain lot or parcel of land, with improvements, situate in the City of Waynesboro, Virginia, and designated and described as Lot Number Twenty-Two A (22A) in Block Number Twenty-One (21), as shown on "Plat Showing Original Lots 21 through 23, subdivided into Lots 21A, 22A, 23A, Block 21, The Waynesboro Company" made by Tom Shumate, Surveyor, dated March 24, 1983, and recorded in the Clerk`s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Waynesboro, Virginia, in Deed Book 124, page 27, and more recently on survey entitled "Physical Survey, Lot 22A, Block 21, The Waynesboro Company, for owner Anna H.
